In today’s edition of our Meet the Pilot series, we are delighted to introduce Indresmat.
Partnering with Incasòl as their committed buyer, this EIC Awardee has developed an innovative housing and construction solution dedicated to promoting Green Public Procurement Engagement for Heritage Buildings.
Read the full interview below to discover more about their pioneering pilot project, their experience with the InnoMatch programme, and their vision for the future.
You can also get an inside look at their technology in our latest brochure, available below. Discover exactly how this solution works, who it is designed for, and how you can get in touch if you would like to connect!
What are your expectations as your solution moves into the assessment phase? And your lessons learned?
As we move into the assessment phase, we expect to validate KLIMA-PUR Windows under real renovation conditions, demonstrating not only strong thermal and acoustic performance, but also installation quality, user comfort and compatibility with existing buildings.
Our main lesson learned is that sustainable innovation in construction must be practical, not theoretical. A solution only creates impact when it fits real buildings, real users, real procurement processes and real installation constraints. This pilot is helping us prove that advanced BioPolyurethane windows can become a scalable tool for deep energy renovation while respecting architectural identity.
How has InnoMatch helped you achieve your business goals? What have you valued the most so far?
InnoMatch has helped us move from a strong technological solution to a real market validation opportunity. It has connected INDRESMAT with a relevant public stakeholder, INCASÒL, and allowed us to test KLIMA-PUR Windows in a real renovation context where energy efficiency, sustainability and architectural compatibility all matter.
What we have valued the most is the quality of the challenge-owner interaction. The programme has helped us better understand public-sector needs, procurement logic, renovation constraints and the type of evidence required to scale our solution beyond a single pilot.
What does success look like for you beyond this pilot and the InnoMatch programme?
Success means turning this pilot into a credible reference case for the wider adoption of KLIMA-PUR Windows in sustainable building renovation.
Beyond InnoMatch, our goal is to replicate the solution in additional public and private renovation projects, build long-term partnerships with housing agencies, developers, architects and window manufacturers, and position BioPolyurethane windows as a new European standard for energy-efficient, circular and heritage-compatible renovation.
