What are your expectations as your solution moves into the assessment phase? And your lessons learned?
We’re expecting to finalise our NESS vehicle integration by pilot customer testing and evaluation together commercialisation agreements. From the passed phases of the EIC Innomatch project we have gained valuable knowledge for our customers commercial models and have been able to adapt our customer offers accordingly.
How has InnoMatch helped you achieve your business goals? What have you valued the most so far?
We have been able to move forward with a real customer case with real down-pipe revenue streams at hand. It have also facilitated wider marketing spread of our offers.
What does success look like for you beyond this pilot and the InnoMatch programme?
Start running smaller order batches together with engaged pilot customer together with entering into agreements with larger fleet owners, for example public national Post service companies.
