Meet the pilot: SoundCell

We are proud to introduce SoundCell in our latest pilot feature!

Working alongside the Reinier Haga Medical Diagnostic Centre, the pilot is validating a revolutionary technology to combat antimicrobial resistance. By using ultra sensitive graphene membranes and machine learning, this platform detects bacterial vibrations to determine antibiotic susceptibility in just one hour, bypassing days of traditional culturing and allowing for near instant, life-saving targeted therapies.

Read the full interview below to discover how they are reshaping infectious disease diagnostics and what lies ahead for them.

Get a look at their technology in our latest brochure, available below. Discover exactly how this solution works, who it is designed for, and how you can get in touch if you would like to connect!

What are your expectations as your solution moves into the assessment phase? And your lessons learned?
Jointly, both parties are planning follow-up validation activities and extending the
pilot, ensuring that technical readiness, organisational alignment, and regulatory
approval are achieved.

How has InnoMatch helped you achieve your business goals? What have you valued the most so far?
The InnoMatch provided significant value by enabling structured collaboration between
SoundeCell and a relevant clinical end-user. It offered direct access to a real hospital environment and potential first pre-sale with the customer, allowing validation of the technology under realistic conditions, gathering high-quality user feedback, and strengthening the path toward commercialization

What does success look like for you beyond this pilot and the InnoMatch programme?
Use pilot data for clinical validation and CE certification.
