Meet the pilot: MYSPHERA

In the latest edition of our Meet the Pilot series, we introduce MYSPHERA!

Working alongside Hospital Clínico Universitario de Valencia, the pilot has been implementing their PATHMAKER solution to revolutionise surgical workflow management. By using real-time location technology to orchestrate clinical teams and automate coordination, their innovation is helping to reduce operational bottlenecks, minimise waiting times, and significantly improve communication with patients’ families.

Read the full interview below to discover their journey and their vision for the future of human-centred hospital innovation.

Get a look at their technology in our latest brochure, available below. Discover exactly how this solution works, who it is designed for, and how you can get in touch if you would like to connect!

What are your expectations as your solution moves into the assessment phase? And your lessons learned?
We enter the assessment phase expecting to demonstrate measurable improvements in surgical efficiency and build a clear path toward wider adoption. One key lesson learned is that successful innovation in hospitals is not only about technology — it’s about collaboration, trust, and adapting solutions to real clinical workflows.

How has InnoMatch helped you achieve your business goals? What have you valued the most so far?
InnoMatch has helped us accelerate access to a relevant public healthcare customer. What we value most is the combination of structured support, stakeholder engagement, and the opportunity to build a trusted pathway toward adoption and scale-up.

What does success look like for you beyond this pilot and the InnoMatch programme?
Success beyond this pilot means moving from validation to adoption. For us, success will be demonstrated when the solution becomes part of routine hospital operations, delivers measurable improvements in surgical efficiency and patient flow, and serves as a reference case for replication in other hospitals of valencian region.
