What are your expectations as your solution moves into the assessment phase? And your lessons learned?
We expect to have a good wrap-up of the lessons learned so far and to go more actively in promotion mode in order to spread the word of our solution to more potential customers. Our main lessons learned during the InnoMatch so far – a lot of technical feedback on greenhouse operations, but also market and farm-specific lessons from our constant communication and shared activities with the End-buyer farmers’ personnel.
How has InnoMatch helped you achieve your business goals? What have you valued the most so far?
The overall framework, structured and clear project approach, and of course the financial support of the piloting activities, have greatly helped us advance towards market readiness in the target segment.
What does success look like for you beyond this pilot and the InnoMatch programme?
It’s pretty clear – having paying customers of our solution in the target segment, already signed contracts before next years greenhouse season.
