What are your expectations as your solution moves into the assessment phase? And your lessons learned?
As we move into the assessment phase, we expect to validate our solution’s functionalities on the hospital dataset that reflects their need. Also, having learned that continuous adaptability and open communication are the true cornerstones of successful software integration.
How has InnoMatch helped you achieve your business goals? What have you valued the most so far?
Not yet, we need to wait for the end of the project and validation at the hospital. But it has given us a valuable opportunity to do so.
What does success look like for you beyond this pilot and the InnoMatch programme?
Beyond this pilot, success means evolving this project into a long-term, scalable commercial partnership that continuously drives clinical and operational value across Belgium.
